Guidelines for Participation:

1. Menu Selection:

   • Choose 1 to 3 items from your existing menu or create new items specifically for DRW.
   • Consider offering a fixed price menu for breakfast, lunch, brunch, dinner, or any combination of these.
   • Your DRW menu should include:
     • A special menu item(s) offered with a DRW special price, or
     • A minimum 25% discount, or
     • A complimentary hors d’oeuvre, drink, or dessert.

2. Promotional Materials:

   • Ensure DRW and Taste of Doral™ (TOD) marketing materials are displayed at the entrance and throughout your restaurant. We will provide posters, flyers, stickers, etc.

3. Social Media Marketing:

   • Take photos, videos, and interviews with diners enjoying DRW deals and post them on DRW’s social media sites. Use the hashtag #tasteofdoral.

4. Feedback:

   • Please provide feedback on the number of diners who participated in DRW, whether they had lunch or dinner, and any other insights. This helps us improve the program and support your restaurant better.

How to Upload Your Promotions:

1. Send Your Menu/Offer:

   • Submit your DRW menu or promotional offer at https://www.atasteofdoral.com/upload. The submission should include:
     • The special menu item(s) with DRW special price, or
     • The percentage discount (minimum 25%), or
     • Details of the complimentary offer (hors d’oeuvre, dessert, or drink).

2. Promotional Images:

   • Please provide a PDF of your promotional offer, which will be downloadable in TOD emails and on our website, and a 1080px x 1080px image to accompany your submission. We suggest that you add a QR code to your design(s).

Who Can Participate:

Participation in Doral Restaurant Week™ is open to all restaurants in the Doral area. If you are a member of the Doral Chamber of Commerce, your participation is included as part of your membership benefits. Non-members can also join the event for a fee of $399. This fee provides you with all the marketing and promotional benefits associated with the event.

If you are not currently a member of the Doral Chamber of Commerce and would like to participate in Doral Restaurant Week™, you have two options:

1. Enroll in Doral Restaurant Week™:
   • Pay the participation fee of $399 to join the event. This fee covers your inclusion in all marketing efforts during the month of July.
2. Become a Member of the Doral Chamber of Commerce:
   • Consider joining the Doral Chamber of Commerce to take advantage of year-round benefits, including participation in Doral Restaurant Week™ at no additional cost. For more information on membership, please visit https://www.doralchamber.org/membership.

Your participation includes extensive marketing benefits, such as daily promotions, features in the Summer 2024 Taste of Doral Magazine®, and inclusion in our weekly newsletter, which reaches over 39,000 contacts.
