Terms and Conditions for Permission to Use Logos and Submitted Images



By submitting your logos, images, videos, and other content (“Materials”) to the Doral Chamber of Commerce / Taste of Doral™ (referred to as “we” or “us”) for use on the website, magazine, email, social media, and other promotional materials, you (referred to as “Participant” or “you”) confirm that you have all rights to the use of these Materials and grant us permission to use them. Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully:



Ownership of Materials: You affirm that you are the rightful owner of the Materials or have obtained all necessary permissions, licenses, and clearances from the rightful owners to submit the Materials and grant us the rights specified herein.



Grant of Rights: By submitting the Materials, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, perform, and display the Materials, in whole or in part, in any media or format now known or later developed, for promotional, marketing, and advertising purposes related to Taste of Doral™ 2026, Doral Restaurant Week™ 2026, and the Doral Chamber of Commerce.



Permissible Uses: We may use the Materials on our websites, including www.ATasteOfDoral.com and Doral Chamber of Commerce websites, in our magazine, emails, social media channels, and other print and digital promotional materials. We may also sublicense the Materials to our partners, affiliates, and sponsors for promotional purposes related to Taste of Doral™ 2026, Doral Restaurant Week™ 2026, and the Doral Chamber of Commerce.



Release and Indemnification: You release and discharge us, our officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns from any claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or in connection with the use of the Materials as permitted herein. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from and against any liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from any third-party claims related to the Materials or the breach of any representation or warranty made by you.



Moral Rights: You acknowledge that you will not assert any moral rights in the Materials, including the right to attribution or integrity.


Confidentiality: We will make reasonable efforts to protect the confidentiality of any sensitive or proprietary information disclosed to us along with the Materials. However, we cannot guarantee absolute confidentiality or prevent unauthorized use or disclosure of such information.



Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the Doral Chamber of Commerce is located. Any legal actions or proceedings arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.



By submitting the Materials, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them.
